STS-Series Screen Filters implement a patented TURBO SCREEN cartridge that incorporates the strength of the stainless steel wedge wire technology with a unique "Turbulator" designed to enhance automatic screen cleaning. Designed in-house for long-lasting performance and functionality. All STS-Series Turbo Screen Filters are constructed from corrosion-resistant stainless steel with easy access enclosure and ribbed for added collapse strength. The filter cartridge is an all-welded single unit constructed from 304SS (316SS and carbon steel options available). Each cartridge is engineered to withstand a "DEADHEAD" condition up to the maximum operating pressure of its corresponding housing, to eliminate screen blowouts and system contamination. Available in 35, 50, 75, 100, 150 and 200 mesh configurations. Slot openings are fixed and welded, unlike woven materials that can flex and move. The speed and flexibility of the Everfilt® TURBO SCREEN filter make it an ideal building block for your filter system.
