C1-Series High-Volume Carbon Vessel Media Filters are completely carbon steel construction with one 4" flanged connection located on the top center of the tank, large top access manway with yoke style clamp, large side access manway with yoke style clamp for inspection purposes (size dependent on tank size and diameter), removable 304SS stainless steel wedge wire underdrains, heavy duty skids with D-rings for securing, carbon steel condensation drain line and carbon steel media fill line with cam-loc fitting for easy fill of desired media. Tank bottom includes a 4" flanged connection for backwashing if required and a 2" drain line is also located at bottom of tank. Flanged inlet connection (size dependent on tank size and diameter) and flanged discharge connection. Brushed on industrial grade 233H epoxy interior coating for superior protection and industrial grade primer and two-part epoxy gloss finish, with a UV-resistant additive to prolong life and appearance of your system. Whether using granular activated carbon, ion exchange resin, zeolite, or organoclay, the C1-Series gets the job done. Available in multiple configurations, coatings, and linkable to accommodate higher flow rates.
